After the success of the concerts last year´s late, M-Ycon joins officialy VERLOREN as new drummer, he is a known musician in Brazil called Maycon Avelino, he already played in another bands together with Lord Raven, the first musical contact was at the RAVENLAND age, when Ycon participated in an audition for joining the band, years later he joined WOLFHEART AND THE RAVENS for playing in Brazilia-DF and other concerts, so, Lord Raven Vox participated as special guest in THE PHANTOM OF THE MIDNIGTH project song called "Midnight", later they also recorded together another song for Maycon´s project called SUMERIAN and Ycon made part of the first meetings in VERLOREN, but because his scheduled, he couldn´t go on with the band.

As musician, he plays drums/percussion and Keyboards, besides being a great compouser. Since he joined VERLOREN, he brought a few compositions, which will be in the full album, but, the band intends to releases many singles along the year, before the full album releasing.

VERLOREN returns to the stages, performing in two special concerts, the first one will be at São Paulo coastline, in a very important city, Santos-SP in the DARK SUMMER Festival produced by DGPP gathering the bands VERLOREN, EGO ERIS and NIGHT VIRUS, besides the DGPP Djs...

In seguency, they will perform in the capital, São Paulo-SP, at the most important venue in the Post Punk, Dark Wave and Gothic scene in Brazil since 80´s, MADAME SATÃ house, currently is known as MADAME UNDERGROUND Club, it´s the Gothic music Temple.

In these concerts, the band will have as special guest M-Ycon (drummer), he is a great friend who made part of VERLOREN at the first meetings, but, after few months along the pandemic age, he left the band, now is the right time for this return as special guest.

ABOVE THE STARS is a band from the cold Russia, they have released several songs in partnership with great artists around the world, among them are Chris Harms (LORD OF THE LOST), Jyrki (THE 69 EYES), Lindsay (ex-CRADLE OF FILTH), Steve Felton (MUSHROOMHEAD) and now, their vocalist, Vlad Viper invited the VERLOREN´s vocalist Lord Raven as special guest for the new album.

The song is available in their new album Dawn of the new Day, and it is called "Stray" and has a strong 80´s vibe, starting with a very beautiful saxophone and soon Vlad Viper shares the verses, bridge and chorus with Lord Raven, with a great and dramatic lyric, maybe there is a connection with the Russian people, how they have gone through this war, abandoning their lives, pets and many of them don´t return to their homes... Along the passage of the German band LORD OF THE LOST in Brazil for the first SUMMER BREEZE edition, Lord Raven had the oportunity to meet in person the mastermind of the band - Chris Harms, who was very nice and warm.

"Chris Harms is a very talented musician, excelent singer, strongly influenced by the 80´s, he just released his first solo album called 80´s and the style chosen is Dark Synth Wave, it´s very inspired, singles like Madonna of the Night is an excelent exemple of it. I became a big fan of his music since LORD OF THE LOST Thornstar album, mainly because they have mixed heavy songs with so beautiful and deep Dark Synth influences which would fit very well in the 80´s radio, songs like; "in our hands", "In darkness, in light", "cut me out", "Heartbeat of the Devil" , "My Constellation" are just a few of this exemples...

I really would like to have an album produced by Chris Harms, he has worked with several European bands which I like too, I think he would be the best producer for a VERLOREN´s album, who knows in a future not so futher. "

Chris Harms has worked in partnership with artists like Blutengel, Mono Inc, Joachin Witt, Auger, Psycholies, Above the Stars, Solitary Experiments, Latexxx Teens OOMPH! and so many others...

The amazing 80´s songs that carved us and made the soundtrack of our lives, received a big homage, a double CD album with more than 30 bands recording covers and different versions for great hits from 80´s, Lord Raven received an invintation for recording FINE YOUNG CANNIBALS - She drives me crazy song, in partnership with friends from OMINICODE (Synth Wave band), he recorded with WOLFHEART AND THE RAVENS, produced by the partner Dan Werneck who is also the drumer in the band.

The CD was released by the Brazilian/British Label Company SECRET SERVICE which has released other Tribute albuns to dinosaurs of Rock and Metal like BLACK SABBATH, DEEP PURPLE, AC/DC, IRON MAIDEN, SLAYER and many others... Made in a luxous double digipack format and a beautiful digital art work developed as the concept and desingn by 2ndSkin Dsign (Dewindson Lord Raven).

One of the biggest influences in VERLOREN music, it has been the amazing German band, DIARY OF DREAMS, since the first time that Lord Raven listened the song "The Curse" in 2004, he was caught by their music and since then, he never stoped listening DIARY OF DREAMS.

Before the pandemic age, Lord Raven worked as tour manager for DIARY OF DREAMS, helping them during their tour in Brazil, "It was a kind of dream realization, because I admire a lot their music, Adrian Hates was a great gentleman and we talked a lot about several things, relationships, bands, movies, music in general, we drank wine and he gave me some gifts like his digipack album "Hell in Eden" which is one of the heaviest and perfect DOD albuns. There was a connection which I don´t know how to describe it, but, I wonder in one day we can record something together and also play together in Brazil or Europe..."

DIARY OF DREAMS played twice in Brazil, although any album has been released in Brazil, the band has a huge quantity of fans.

Jacqui Taylor is a British guitarrist very well known since her first Goth band RAZORBLADE KISS in England, also since 2020 she has made part of the Dutch Gothic Rock band ASRAI.

She participates as special guest in ROXETTE tribute song "The sweet hello and the sad Goodbye" recorded by Lord Raven and his old band WOLFHEART AND THE RAVENS.

"Me and Jacqui met each other in 2014 in a big festival that we played, since then, everytime she comes to Brazil we meet again and share some wine and a nice chat, so, when our old Russian label company GS Productions invited me to participate and record a song for ROXETE tribute, I didn´t think twice, I invited her to participate playing with us the great side B song "the sweet hello and the sad goodbye, she enjoyed and made an amazing guitar solo for our version" - Lord Raven

One of the most important European bands in Gothic Metal scene, PARADISE LOST will be homaged by Brazilian bands, in secret, Lord Raven reveals that it´s being organized a Brazilian Tribute to PARADISE LOST.

PARADISE LOST music has influenced several artists around the world for almost 40 years, here in Brazil they have a strong fan base, so, it has started a kind of negotiation with their current label company in order to realise a Brazilian tribute, inicialy in a digital format.

"We are huge fan of their music, all their albuns are amazing, but lately we have enjoyed much more their Gothic and Eletronic albuns like Host and One Second, including their project HOST. In 2006 I had oportunity to meet them in person, organizing an autograth session with their fans, so, I could talk about Gothic music, eat chocolate and have fun with them before their concert. Maybe we ought record a Dark Synth version for a heavier song of them, shall we?". Reveals Lord Raven
